Arboniche's Fine Catering provides its
services to groups of 50 to 2000 persons,
seated with Wait Staff, Served Buffet
Style or Self-Serve Buffet. Smaller groups
are on case by case basis. Custom
Menus are available upon request.

All foods and beverages are subject
to a 20% service charge, as well as
a 15% gratuity (depending on
venue), and applicable sales tax.

ARBONICHE'S FINE  
CATERING SERVICES
Event Details:
The planning of the event, including selection of the menu, decor and other pertinent details should be arranged at
least 30 days prior to the event date.
Any food or beverages served at any catered event by
Arboniche's can only be the food and beverages prepared by, and brought to any event catered by Arboniche's.
Except special cakes, for Weddings etc.  All foods and beverages are subject to a 20% service charge, a 15%
gratuity, (depending on venue) and applicable sales tax.
Arboniche's offers the additional service of custom menu planning to meet any specific needs a client may desire.
We can also suggest the perfect location for a special event, as well as provide china, silverware and linens
rentals. All events are subject to the policies and, or the contractual obligations of each business location.

Reservations:
Arboniche's can tentatively  hold an event date for a period of two days. In order to secure confirmation of service,
Arboniche's require a completed and signed invoice, as well as a deposit equal to an amount of one half (1/2) of
your total invoice upon acceptance of the agreement.
One fourth (1/4) of the first one half (1/2) of deposit is NON - REFUNDABLE, after two days of submitting deposit
for event date. And must be submitted by the specified date, or reservations will be subject to cancellation. The
remaining one half (1/2) balance is due five days prior to the event date.

Guarantees:
A guaranteed number of guests is required fifteen (15) business days prior to your event. This number will be
considered a guarantee and you will then be charged for that  number, even if less should attend. Arboniche's will
however, setup and prepare for five percent (5%) above your initial guarantee. If the guarantee is not received in
advance as indicated above, the highest estimated number of guest on the invoice will be considered a guarantee.  

Billing:
Final payment shall be due five (5) days prior to the catered event. If the client is tax exempt, Arboniche's Fine
Catering is required by law to have a copy of clients Texas State Tax Exempt Certificate on file prior to the event.
